An AI that knows your business and talks for it, by voice or by chat. It has instructions, a knowledge base, a voice and the tools you give it. You can build one by describing your business, start from a template, or set it up from scratch.
On your website through the widget, on the expert’s own page through a link you share, and in Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls. Your team can also chat and talk with it inside Rydhm. Phone calls aren’t available today.
When you describe your business, Rydhm researches it on the web and reads the documents you attach (PDF, Word, Markdown, text or CSV). That becomes the expert’s knowledge base, which you can add to at any time.
It answers from that knowledge, and its instructions tell it to say so when something isn’t covered rather than guess.
English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian and Japanese. You choose the languages for each expert and a voice to match from more than 1,100.
Beyond answering, an expert can find free time and book, move or cancel events on Google Calendar, send email from your connected Gmail, search the web, search your past meetings, call your own APIs through webhook tools and use MCP servers. Actions that change something ask for confirmation first by default.
Your team. When the call ends, the person who sent the expert and the teammates on the call get an email with the summary and a Meeting Brief PDF. A guest gets their own copy only if they ask for it in the meeting chat, and guest copies leave out your team’s internal notes.
Rydhm keeps the transcript, the meeting chat and the summary, not the audio or video. The bot that joins the call is run by our sub-processor Recall.ai, which handles the call’s media to produce the transcript. See Security and Sub-processors for the details.
Rydhm doesn’t train AI models on your data. Your knowledge and conversations are sent to the AI providers that power the expert only to answer in the moment. The Privacy Policy has the full picture.
