1.In short

  • Essential cookies keep you signed in. They are set by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
  • Your preferences, like light or dark mode, are stored in your browser and never sent to us.
  • We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.

2.Cookies we use

These cookies are strictly necessary: without them you can’t sign in or use the app. Clerk may use variants of these names with a suffix.

Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people from automated traffic.

3.Preferences in your browser

Some choices are saved in your browser’s local storage, which works like a cookie but is never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.

4.Analytics and advertising

Rydhm has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t contact a font service.

If a page in the app crashes, your browser sends us the error message and the page address so we can fix it. It doesn’t include your conversations or identify you beyond the request itself.

5.The website widget

When a business puts a Rydhm expert on its website, the widget loads from rydhm.ai inside a frame. It stores your microphone choice as described above and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The business’s own website has its own cookie policy.

6.Your choices

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data. If you block the essential cookies, you won’t be able to sign in. Because we use only essential cookies and local preferences, we don’t show a cookie banner. Read more about how we handle personal data in the Privacy Policy.
